Jailhousing is the style of wearing your pants around your thighs like they are falling off and letting your style statement be made by your underwear. The term came form prisoners in jails who were denied belts with ill-fitting pants that fell off.
Nuthousing is the same practice of low-slung pants, but without underwear.
