My wife and I went to Boston for Thanksgiving and stayed in our favorite hotel. We saw that the movie Eat, Pray & Love was on but we feel that $15 for on-demand movies is a huge rip off and we refuse to pay it. But I really wanted to see the movie so we affirmed we can easily afford it.
When we left, we told the clerk about some problems with the room like hard mattresses, holes in the bedspread, some ants and a leaky handicap tub.
She apologized profusely and took the movie off the bill.
